Victor's crew came to do an assortment of touchups. They mostly did a good job and accommodated a last minute addition of a new sliding glass door that had just been installed, but they did forget to do two items I had requested including painting over some water damage to a ceiling, so had to ask them to come back later that day to do them. After they painted over the areas that had water spots on the ceiling, you could still see the spots and the paint did not appear to match the rest of the paint. Victor said when it dried it would not be noticeable but it is still spotted and does not look like anything was done to it. When I contacted him a few days later about it he said he was busy and to call him after July 7 (which was almost two weeks later). It is now a month since they were there and they have yet to return to finish the job and correct the sloppy work they did. I have exchanged multiple messages with the answering service (there doesnot appear to be anyone who answers the phone at the business and he does not offer a cell phone to contact him) and still have not been able to work this out. I am really disappointed.

Victor and his team arrived on time and did a beautiful job of removing wall paper and painting 3 bedrooms and one bathroom's molding. They were courteous and very efficient. Victor was on site the whole time. They finished in 2 days. He and his team were wonderful!

They are great and painted the inside of my house in one-and-a-half-days. They really did well and got all the details.

We hired V. Pastor Co. to paint our house, and to repair and paint a wooden shed attached to the house. We have a brick colonial with shutters.

The Good: We wanted to have the work done by a certain date and I was pleased that they worked to fit us into the schedule, and they started and finished on time. I was pleased with the job they did painting and repairing an outside shed. I also thought the paint job on the house looks nice. Mr. Pastor also seems very nice and ultimately had his crew address the flaws we pointed out.

The Bad: I take issue with is the lack of professionalism and lack of attention to detail of his crew. They were very messy. They left trash (beverage bottles) on our property twice. They painted the downspouts, but at the end of the job the downspouts were not adequately re-secured to the house, they pulled away from the gutters, and one leaned away from our house. We also have ivy growing on the ground around the house. They did not cover the ground and left our decorative ivy speckled with paint. In addition, when they prepped, they did not cover the ground and there were paint chips on our lawn around the house.

I asked Mr. Pastor to have his guys come back and fix the downspouts. They came out and fixed only one of the two downspouts. On the second visit they left a metal bracket on the ground underneath my car tire in our driveway -- which If I had run over it could have been a problem. A couple weeks after they finished, I looked out our second floor windows and noticed that the paint was cracking, had green lichen on it, and I could see brick though the cracks. It was clear that the workers had completely skipped painting two of our window sills. I asked Mr. Pastor to have his guys come out and paint the sills. Although I had no response the first time I reached out, his guys did come back to address the unpainted window sills after I asked again and sent pictures.

I am so pleased with the work done.
