Please stay away from this company I paid them to install a french pipe, I found out they never did and they only took my money. I have pictures and invoices to confirm that. The invoice describes the french pipe as follows Installation of a new long French drain system through the selected problem area along the side of the garage. The new drain system will be constructed to create a wide and deep system that will have a perforated pipe system. The new pipe will have a sediment sock cover. New gravel will be installed to fill the channel. Separation fabric will be installed on top of the gravel. Apply topsoil to top and grade smooth I started having a wet yard, I found out no pipe at all was installed.

"This customer contacted us in regards to the drainage work we performed on his property in March of 2018. He stated that there was water pooling in his yard and it therefore the drains must not be working correctly. On April 30, 2020 our account manager went out and showed the client where this was installed and informed him that his turf/yard had overgrown the pop up emitters. He was given a proposal to have us come out and perform maintenance on this and remove the overgrowth. After several weeks he called in and had stated he was going to have us perform this maintenance and would be sending the agreement and payment. Then he called back in and stated he had another contractor try to locate the pipe and he stated there was no pipe there. Premium went out and revealed (dug up the area) the pipe to show it is definitely there. We have pictures to show this as well. We would be happy to go and resolve the clients issue if he will sign the agreement he was sent and return it to us with payment required."

In September 2012, we spent over $11,000 for hardscape and landscape for our front yard. It included a tree island with a retaining wall and Premium Lawn and Landscape did all the work and chose all the plantings. It looked great when finished, but within less than a year, the wall started to separate and come apart. They came out and fixed it, but it happened again in 2016. They came out and fixed it again, all under their five-year warranty. Well, it is been six years since the installation and the wall looks worse than ever! We made an appointment to meet with Mark Aitken-Cade to discuss, as I believe the design or construction was flawed. Mark came and inspected the wall on the weekend instead of coming for the scheduled appointment during the week and did not come to the door to discuss. Instead, he sent an email with an estimate to fix the wall for $1,000. No explanation as to what he was going to do differently to avoid the wall from coming apart in the future. He has not returned phone calls or emails to discuss. We are repeat customers and have spent nearly $20k with Premium. Beware of this landscape company! UPDATE: The wall collapsed and we have had other landscapers provide estimates to repair it. All have agreed the wall collapsed due to water not being able to drain (there is no built-in drainage and a water barrier was installed that keeps the water in). It is clear from the photos that plant and tree roots were not the reason for the wall collapse. This wall looked great when it was built and should have lasted much longer. The first repair was made 11 months after it was completed. I am so disappointed and feel ripped off.

We had a terrific rep in Mick Barham from Premium. He was excellent to work with. We took our time in doing a lot of research, many estimates, designs and re-designs. Through it all Mick was very patient, worked with us, indulged all our requests and never did it seem we were getting pressured in to rush job. Mick is very knowledgeable and offered many ideas and suggestions which is exactly what we needed for our project. The work was done quite promptly, the crew was quite good and anything we weren't totally satisfied with they corrected almost immediately. We are very happy with Premium and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I hired this "pro" to do my lawncare while I was deployed to Afghanistan. They charged a lot, did very little, and frequently hassled my wife about the bill. My wife had to argue with them when they charged us (several times) for mowing when they never came. Rather than take her word and just write it off ... they questioned her and said "Well, our guys marked the form that they came." Very poor professionalism, mediocre job, and way too pricey for the product. Try somebody else.

"I am very sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, The records we have for the account show things different. The Customer questioned 2 services, and both disputed services were credited in the customer's favor. Even-though our trucks have GPS and time stamp the times they are on the property. The records also have that the customer was never behind on payments, and the account was always current. The Mowing rate was only $25 (It does not go any lower). I am not sure if there is some confusion on this account, but it appears that everything was done to provide this customer with the best service possible."

I had a patio and small retaining wall installed. crew was very professional, worked quickly, and the final products look great. They came out a couple days agree the job to check and re-sand some of the joints on the patio. Quality product and fantastic customer service, would highly recommend.

We worked with Mick and I must say the experience from start to finish was wonderful! There were no pressure tactics, he provided us with a patio design that would maximize the use of our yard, he worked within our budget, he responded to all our inquiries, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and nice! Also, everyone on the project was courteous and professional. We have received several compliments on the aesthetics of Premium's work and so far are very pleased with the quality. We would return to Premium for future projects.

Business as usual - prompt responses, and quality of work by the crew. We have water seepage problem at the basement - small amount of rain water got into the basement from the ground level. Premium Lawn Care Services helped us install some french drains around the house front and regrade the problem area. The project looked good while in process and after, but it's not stress tested because we haven't got heavy rain as we had in the past Summer.

A very professional and efficient outfit. I was a bit surprised at how much it cost, but the price was in line with other estimates and I can see how it was justified. Even though we had only two trees to prune, one of them was quite tall and the job required specialized equipment and a crew. I was pleased at how well they cleaned up the fallen leaves and branches.

I had them install a french drain in my backyard. The estimate was very reasonable - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive...by a long shot. Efficient, professional personnel. Excellent results.
