I paid Premium Lawn to install a French pipe to fix my wet my yard. After one year, the yard has more water than before and I thought the pipe was clogged. I called them and emailed them, they did not care at all I used another contractor to find out what is going with the pipe. He found out that they never installed a French pipe, and they put only gravel without a pipe. I attached pictures that shows that no pipe was installed. I also attached a copy of invoice describe the pipe that never was installed. They took my money and committed a Fraud. If you don't want to have similar issue, please use another company. Please read other customer reviews, it tells you clearly that you can't trust this company

"This customer contacted us in regards to the drainage work we performed on his property in March of 2018. He stated that there was water pooling in his yard and it therefore the drains must not be working correctly. On April 30, 2020 our account manager went out and showed the client where this was installed and informed him that his turf/yard had overgrown the pop up emitters. He was given a proposal to have us come out and perform maintenance on this and remove the overgrowth. After several weeks he called in and had stated he was going to have us perform this maintenance and would be sending the agreement and payment. Then he called back in and stated he had another contractor try to locate the pipe and he stated there was no pipe there. Premium went out and revealed (dug up the area) the pipe to show it is definitely there. We have pictures to show this as well. We would be happy to go and resolve the clients issue if he will sign the agreement he was sent and return it to us with payment required."

Very Bad company to work with Please be very careful, if you hire them to install some thing, stay with them the all time. I hire them to install a french drain, after one year, I found out they never did, and they only put gravels without a pipe even if the invoice shows the pipe dimension and size.I have photos and invoice to confirm that.

They showed up on time and worked very hard, with only a lunch break Had to come back on the 2nd day, which was planned for and finish up Did an outstanding job and even removed some items(small tree and additional vines) not in original estimate for the original amount

they quoted one price on the phone then changed the price after the service was done. They get your credit card ahead of time then charge you what they want. Don't use them.

In September 2012, we spent over $11,000 for hardscape and landscape for our front yard. It included a tree island with a retaining wall and Premium Lawn and Landscape did all the work and chose all the plantings. It looked great when finished, but within less than a year, the wall started to separate and come apart. They came out and fixed it, but it happened again in 2016. They came out and fixed it again, all under their five year warranty. Well, it's been six years since the installation, two years since the last "fix", and the wall looks worse than ever! It looks like the wall has been pushed out from the front and is no longer perpendicular to the ground, but pushed out to the point where is looks like it will collapse. We made an appointment to meet with Mark to discuss, as I believe the design or construction was flawed from the beginning. Mark said he came and inspected the wall on a weekend instead of keeping the scheduled appointment and did not come to the door to discuss. Instead he sent an email with an estimate to fix the wall for $1,000. No explanation as to what he was going to do differently to avoid the wall from coming apart in the future. He has not returned phone calls or emails to discuss. We are repeat customers and have spent nearly $20k with Premium. Beware of this landscape company! UPDATED 2/13/2019: The wall has now collapsed. I've had other landscapers give me estimates to repair it and they all agree the wall was not constructed well. There is no water drainage built into the wall and in fact, there is a plastic liner that is keeping all the water in, which is what caused the wall to collapse. There is no sign of root intrusion by the tree or plantings. We were told inserts are designed to be used to hold the stones together, but instead, the stones were all glued together. This wall was beautiful when it was first built and should have lasted many years. The first repair was needed after only 11 months. I'm so disappointed and feel ripped off.

The wall has shown signs of movement due to the growth of the tree and landscape planted close to the wall 6 years ago. We have tried to work with the customer, but unfortunately, she does not want to move forward with the estimate."

I use them all season on a weekly basis for lawn service. All in all a very good value and overall very happy with the work. I'd rather do it myself but my allergies make me miserable so the occasional "missed a spot" or "dug up a little grass" is worth any very minor aggravation.

Hired them for Landscape cleanup and mulching that included minor trimming and shaping of shrubs and clear of landscape of leaves and they were to apply double shredded hardwood mulch. Paid $638. The double shredded hardwood mulch basically disappeared within a few weeks and quality of mulch made me contact them to ask for them to come out and see. Never heard from them for over a month and just contacted them and spoke to them and they said they think it looks nice and they are sorry. Thats it nothing other than sorry. He stated that we did not have mulch prior and looked good when they were done. I wouldn't have hired any company if we didn't need mulch so such an odd comment. So since they are not caring to keep long term customers and not wanting to make happy customers I am posting my first review to Angies list. They are officially pulled from my contact list as I was surprised that they didn't have any concern that I was not satisfied for the job I paid them for. Now off to purchase mulch to re mulch.

I had bad luck with another company two years back and went to all my neighbors and asked who they used and they recommended Premium. I had Ritchie, one of the manager come out and gave him a long list of things I would really like to get done on my property. He made out several quotes and when I had done my due diligence and had several other landscaping companies come out, it seemed Premium was pricing competitive and I liked Ritchie professionalism. However, when it came to pinning down a schedule, it kept slipping, other projects would be going over time and finally I got it down on the calendar. His crew showed up and Ritchie did come out at first once a day, then less as this was a multiple week project with several parts. I had a hard time getting a foreman, besides the work crew lead, which spoke very little english, not a problem to me, as he worked hard and pushed his men all day, but he kept saying, "I don't know where he is, he will come", when I finally got the company to send someone, it wasn't Ritchie, but one of the other managers, he spent about 10 minutes on site talking to me, about 5 minutes with the crew lead, then left. My problem was that material was not showing up in time, and the crew was not able to do any more work when that occurred, also, they did not call for proper marking and the crew almost started chopping away at the gas line, then they cut the Verizon line, then they almost chopped my home power line. I had to put a stop to that. Then came the moving dirt wherever they wanted to on my property even though it had been spelled out in advance and brought up multiple times. Needless to say, I also work all day and I did not have the luxury to take a month and a half off to be the work manager, which they originally said they would do. When Ritchie finally showed up after 5 weeks, he was in a hand cast and I did not see him again until they wanted to be paid. The actual work crew did do some amazing rock work, but this experience taught me that if that it will only go as good as you make them show up and actually do what they said they were going to do. End of the day, if I was a retiree with all the time in the world on my hands, I would hire them again, otherwise I would not, it was extremely aggravating to have to hold a business which has been doing this work for a decade or more and claims they are professional to stay on top of what they bid to do. So my score for them of a C was generous given the price of the actual work being many tens of thousands of dollars and it is a shame as I had fifty thousand or more dollars of work to offer them if only they could step up.

Premium Lawn and Landscape did property damage in my front yard, severing the electric cord to a seasonal holiday decoration. The crew chief knocked on my door to tell me about it, and to tell me he would report the incident to his superior. It was agreed upon that I would have restitution by within 24 hours, either in the form of a replacement item or in a cash payment. I let him take the item so that he could find one identical and deliver it to me. That promise was not fulfilled. Premium has succeeded in damaging my lawn with their inept and ill-advised weed trimmer version of grass mowing for the last several seasons, and now their negligence has grown to include outright taking of property. Avoid this company.

It ended up with termite damage to our house. Luckily we caught it early so the damage was miner. I addressed this issue with Premium since my pest company told me that Premium did not put a liner between the house and the mulch when they applied the mulch. The liner is to prevent damage to the house incase there is termite in the mulch. Premium refers me to their insurance company and then it was down hill from there with reimbursements of the damage to my house. This company is bad basically blaming us for the damage when we have lived in the house since 2014. We have had the house inspected every year for Termites and other bugs, not before Premium got involved we got this big issue. The house is from 1955 and never had any problem with any pest of any sort - funny it should start now when Premium did the job.

Richie, the manager, quickly responded and said they had not put anything on the lawn to cause that but would send someone out to repair it. How fantastic is that?! There have been various times we've sent questions to Richie and he is always quick to respond and do whatever is needed to fix the problem....never says " it's not our problem." Love this service! We've used others in the past and even if you could contact them, they never responded and their prices were higher. Go with a professional like Premium!

I worked with Peter to upgrade my front landscaping. I had a large area that was looking a little bare. Peter came out to discuss some options and sent me an image of what the area would look like the same day. He didn't oversell and made great suggestions. The area was completed last week and looks fantastic. Better than I was expecting.
