Robert came out the next day to replace my lock. He was communicative, punctual, nice, and made spare keys for me. He was thorough, did a great job, and had reasonable prices. I highly recommend him for all your locksmith needs!

Nice polite service. On time to the minute. Finished quickly. The deal was for 4 locks and I only needed one. He asked several times if I wanted him to do anything else. ?

Bobby was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend him! Other contractors quoted me crazy prices and tried to cut different holes in the door to accommodate keypad locks. Bobby and I had a couple email exchanges before he arrived where I sent him pictures of the locks I needed work done on and links to the automated keypads I wanted to install. He was a top-notch professional when he arrived and finished the work in under an hour. The automated keypads are fantastic and he didn't have to cut new holes in the door or anything! He was extremely helpful with his knowledge about security and the best options for the home -- what would be convenient and also safe. I wish I had more key needs for him to fix. Very fair pricing. He made things easy, clear, and efficient, which was so appreciated during a hectic time in our lives.

Growing owner operated small business. Mr. Drash provided common sense approach to making my family feel safe. He was able to work around my schedule. The work was done efficiently and with ease. I feel he was competent, trustworthy and honest. Attributes which seem to be difficult to find in service related businesses. I would definitely recommend this company.
