+ -1 moreJohn provided outstanding personal service. He was on-time, clearly explained to us exactly what he was going to do, and encouraged us to follow along. During the inspection he explained what he looked for in each inspection item, how he evaluated things, and what to do if something needed remediation. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
