The job went awesome and at a reasonable price. Very professional and the work was completed in a rapid manner.

Everything was cleaned up and looks so nice. For future tree needs, Hinrich would be our first contact to call. He cannot be beat.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of Hinrich and his crew. They were thorough, efficient, friendly and the finished yard exceeded my expectations. They even made mulch of all the trimmings and did some wonderful work making trails. My son was fascinated and they let him "help" cart and lay down the mulch. We are planning to continue to use Hinrich for other projects, including the addition of a tree and some bushes. They left our property spotless. A fantastic experience and we felt the price was extremely fair for excellent work.

Hinrich and his team split and neatly stacked what turned out to be over a cord of hard wood. They did a great job. This was a follow up to work done a couple of months ago when his team took down a couple of trees and left small logs from the hardwood trees. Note: Hinrich gives general times when his team can come and sometimes other jobs, more urgent or due to a storm, may result in postponing your more routine job, but he will let you know.

On my friends recommendation, I called up Hinrich and ordered a cord of firewood from him.  I was impressed by his promptness; the quality of the firewood he delivered; and the fact that he arrived on time and stacked the wood as promised.  As his crew was stacking the wood, my wife and I spoke with Hinrich about getting some yard work done,  We walked around our yard to show him some trees we wanted removed along with other yard clean-up including tree trimming and some stump grinding in an area where we had cut down bamboo.  Hinrich gave us a reasonable estimate for the work and a timeline for getting it all done which he completed as promised.  His crew did an excellent job of cleaning-up as the work progressed.

Hinrich is a super nice guy and easy to talk to.  After our experience with the firewood, and this first stage of our landscaping project,  we plan to use his Hinrich Kahrs Landscape & Tree Service again in the near future.  Overall, we had a refreshingly positive experience and highly recommend that you consider him for any of the work that we had done.

Their services were highly recommended to us by the previous owner of our house.  Hinrich himself is very friendly, helpful and responsive.  He and his team showed up within the exact window they indicated they would.  They were quick and professional and our yard looked fantastic afterwards.  The overall price was more than reasonable and we will be continuing to use them to take care of our yard going forward.

The quality of service provided by Hinrich Kars Landscape and Tree Services merits a rating well above ? A+?.  We have done business with this company in the past and could not have been more pleased. Our most recent work, done yesterday, involved removal of a large, diseased, Ornamental Plum as well as some substantial pruning of a large Kousa Dogwood.  Hinrich, Armando, and Domingo arrived right on schedule, ensured we were all on the same page as to what work was needed, and then turned to the tasks with vigor.  They work as a team that knows precisely what to do and how to do it just right.  In short, they are true professionals.  I?m always amazed at how these folks can climb trees as swiftly and surely as squirrels and work some 20 ft up in the air without any hesitation. On this job we had contracted for the stump to be ground out, and the site made ready for seeding which I intended to do.  But Hinrich insisted that I let him give us some high quality sod which he had left over
from a previous job.  Lastly, the team left all of the work area and adjacent driveway and street spotless ! 
Considering their professionalism, timeliness, reliability, and concern for their customers? satisfaction, I would not dream of ever using any other company for with Kars Landscape and Tree Service you frankly get more than your money?s worth.  If you live in the
northern Virginia area and need tree work, you must give these good folks a try.  You?ll be very glad you did !

Mr. Hinrich Kahrs is one of the friendliest and efficient service I had experienced with when it comes to either Grass cutting service every two weeks during the season or trimming the tree services once or twice a year or both depending on the growth of the plants, bushes, and tree extensions during fall or spring.  I have used the service for last 9 years.  Grass cutting $40 per each time.  Mulching, trimming, etc depended on the cost each time what the level of service needed.  Still find that pricing very reasonable.

They did great service.  The thing that stood out about them is that they did an excellent job and they have been doing that for us for several years.  They were great and very personable.  The person who is responsible of the crew has always been very responsive.  If you have any questions and things to be done, he answers as soon as he can.  He is polite, very helpful and gives good suggestions.

Excellent service was provided.  Not only did the Hinrich Kahrs Landscape and Tree Service do the above tree work mentioned, they went above and beyond to clean and rake the entire yard and load on to their truck to remove.

This service was exceptional !  The overall quality of the job was perfect, and the crew's attention to detail was way above and beyond what we were expecting.  The work was done one time, swiftly, to specs, and the clean up was thorough to the point where it was hard to tell any work had been done, except for the fact that three trees were gone  !  I doubt if you could ever find this quality of service elsewhere for the price Hinrich charges.  If we ever have the need for similar work in the future, we'll be going back to these folks without a moments hesitation.  You must give them a try !

it.Henry showed up promptly, and his team worked for one full day and half of another. They carefully roped all limbs before cutting, to avoid damage to our home or our neighbors' homes. He carefully pruned the trees, instead of a simple "haircut" job. He is skilled a tree work, and not just "a guy with a saw."  His team carefully cleaned up and removed all brush, leaving the work area cleaner than they found it. We will definitely use him again for any tree work.

They are punctual and reasonably priced.  They tell you what they can and what they can't do.  Also, they give me extra suggestions which are even outside what they can do. 

Hinrich and his team did a super job.  All three trees were down within the day and debris hauled away.  The stumps were ground down below ground level and the large root pieces were sifted out by his crew and the area sodded in.  It was very obvious that Hinrich's team of four, including Hinrich, were professionals that had experience working as a team - no wasted efforts as they orchestrated the felling and cleanup of the trees. 

Hinrich Kahrs Landscape & Treeservice (540-305-6700) cut down a tree that was leaning toward my house. It was feet between my deck and my neighbor's fence. Hinrich Kahrs had an expert professional tree climber, and a full crew to assist the tree down. I was amazed at how quick and smoothly the whole process went. My deck or the neighbor's fence did not receive a single scratch!  I received several estimates from fully licensed and insured tree service experts. Hinrich Kahrs beat the others' prices by a couple hundred dollars. I was familiar with his company already from them completing lawn service to my home this past month, and other work in the neighborhood. They also cleaned off my roof and cleaned out my gutters. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for tree service!  Expert Service!

Punctuality is the main issue.  It is difficult sometimes to lock in a specific date and time for him to arrive.  However, he will do the work whether you're there or not!

We had numerous large trees that need removing and needed a lot of dead
branches mulched.  We also got the entire house landscaped to include a
large bush.  His crew went all over my land (almost an acre of woods)
and picked up and mulched all of the dead branches. Henry and his crew
did an amazing job and we were given a great deal.  I highly recommend
him.

Several big trees in the yard had problems which had gotten worse due to recent storms.  Big branches needed to come down.  They took several hours to do the job and the results were even better than I expected.
