basement remodeling
+ -1 moreThey were very thorough. There was a question about what Fairfax County allows in basement renovations such as being within code and so on. They investigated it at length so I appreciated their thoroughness. They also had some good suggestions for my plan. They were helpful and knowledgeable. They quoted me roughly $42000.00 for the project. The people I have chosen specialize in basement refinishing. The guy I am hiring said that some of the things that Gelles told me were wrong. It was not so much something that they did badly as someone else did better.
Description of Work: Gelles & Sons General Contracting gave me an estimate on refinishing my basement. They are out of Fairfax Station.
