The pills have been working. I would absolutely use them again. There was no wait at all. I keep using this vet due to the quality of the doctors and the professionalism and really how they care about the animals. They care very much, and when my cat died last year they sent me sympathy cards and everyone signed it. They really take a personal interest in every pet. Everybody signed the card and they were really wonderful. When he was sick they gave me all the time in the world to be with him before. They were so patient and understanding and comforting.

I am very happy with them. I am there on average, four or five times a year. I have been there at least seven times this year with a dog we adopted in January. He had to be treated for Giardia, which is a stomach, intestinal disease that is waterborne, usually. But we adopted him and he came with a full blown case of it. I can call up and get an appointment that day, usually. I can show up early and they will take me early. Their professionalism is very good. They are the only vet we use.

My cat was very sick and after taking him to the emergency room twice in one week, we decided to go to crosspointe hospital. We met with dr Gigrich for the first time and she was just wonderful. She actually had read all of his charts and documents. She ensure he was on he right medication and took time to discuss my cat's health issue and next steps. She saw my cat 3 times to ensure we were on the right track and for my peace of mind.

I was contacted by Rachel at Crosspointe Animal Hospital regarding the previous review I had submitted a few days ago. She was very professional and polite and was inquiring about my experience with the facility, and how I felt the facility had failed me.

I went over the points as stated in my review, and she was patient and understanding, and explained to me that I must have misunderstood the bill regarding the cans of pet food I rec'd, as this was my biggest point of contention. I had originally thought I was charged an exhorbitant amount without being asked whether I wanted to make the purchase or not. I WAS WRONG. In my frustrated state, I assumed that the $10 I saw on the itemized bill was a PER CAN CHARGE, when IN FACT IT WAS THE TOTAL CHARGE FOR 4 CANS. I would like to formally apologize for my mistake. It was a big one in my eyes, and I am sorry to have made that assumption without at least calling to get some clarification.

Rachel also addressed my disappointment with the vet not calling to check on my pet's status. Rachel made no excuses for this and apologized and informed me that this is not the norm, and they will take steps in the future to prevent this from happening again.

She also apologized for the miscommunication between myself and the vet pertaining to the initial estimate I rec'd versus the actual amount that I was charged, which was a difference of roughly $200. She offered for me to discuss this with the vet to clarify, and I agreed. The vet was busy at the time, but did call me back, though I missed the call.

I am confident that I would have rec'd a satisfactory explanation regarding the additional x-rays/charges.

I am writing for your help. Our neighborhood cat Mittens has been stuck in the attic of the Crosspointe Animal Hospital for over a week. The hospital has not opened up any holes to the outside for him to escape, they shut down today at noon and have planned no aggressive action during this time when they would be able to really take some meaningful action. If you have or are a pet owner, you know how much they mean to you. The owner has only called once in a 8 day time frame. The manager has become more and more distant asking the front desk people to shield her from our questions. I would think breaking down the ceiling this weekend would have been a wonderful plan. However, they have decided to take the weekend off while our cat is in the rafters. It says feral, but Mittens is treated like our cat. We feed him, take him to the vet for shots, got him neutered, we brush him, etc
Time is running out for Mittens. Please call the Crosspointe Animal Hospital (703-690-6600) and ask them to do more. What they are doing now is not working and not enough. They haven't even opened up the siding to allow Mittens to escape.

#1 - open holes on the exterior, through siding to the outside with ladders for Mittens to exit
#2 - breakdown entire drop ceiling to catch Mittens
#3 - don't stop till Mittens is out alive
Dr. Hinn is the owner, but seems to be an absentee owner
Rachel is the manager.
Please help!

It wasn't even our dog, it was my son in law's dog, the dog had hurt itself, and we didn't know what the problem was, so I made an appointment and got right in. I called on the Friday morning and I was in there two hours later. They diagnosed that she had a twisted back and they did a muscle relax treatment, and she was a new dog forty-eight hours later. My friend who was really happy with them referred them and he had taken his dog to them for years.

My dog is been on treatment since Monday. The service was excellent. They have a caring and compassionate staff. They are very efficient. They care about the animals as well as the owners. I have a miniature Dotson. The majority of the staff there are females. That's my dog's favorite kind of people, he likes ladies. I have not been disappointed with any of their services. They take care of my pet.

We were greeted by a less than friendly woman that didn't want to listen to me and talked over me. The wait to go into an exam room was very short, which is good because my dog doesn't like other four legged creatures! The tech, sally arrived promptly, was friendly and knowledgeable. the Vet arrived in a timely manner too. Dr. Mars was very attentive to my dog and me and really seamed knowledgeable in her field. She took time to explain everything and even asked permission to trim some crud out of the dog's fur.
checkout was more pleasant. I think that the counter woman was spoken to because her whole attitude had changed.

We were going for one week to Paris and boarded our dog at Crosspointe Animal Hospital. We called them twice from Paris to see how she was doing and were told that she was fine. When we returned we discovered that the dog had never eaten. By the time we got her home she was throwing up blood. We brought her back immediately and they took x-rays and decided that our dog had stomach cancer. We took her to another animal hospital and were told that there was no stomach cancer and no evidence of any food in her GI tract. Her stomach had just shrunken due to lack of food. It took her almost one year for our dog to recover and Crosspointe never took any responsibility. The entire week that our dog had not eaten, they had never even brought it to the attention of their staff veterinarians.
