We can't say enough wonderful things about Ben Butler and his crew at Capler Homes! We chose Capler Homes because of Ben's enthusiasm, his competitive bid and his willingness to help us in choosing the materials for our bathroom renovations.  We got MUCH more than that.  First, when we were overwhelmed with trying to choose tile, Ben offered to meet us at Lowes one evening and spent an hour looking at materials and helping us make a decisions.  When we discovered that the floor tile in one bathroom didn't look the way we expected AFTER it was already cemented onto the floor, Ben could have told us it was too late to change but instead he was completely gracious, and with good humor he had his crew pull up the tile.  He brought us new samples the next day and with his help and eye for design, we found the perfect tile for our floor.  Every aspect of the job went this way.  Ben and his amazing tile expert, Davis, kept us in the design process through every phase of the project.  It was a pleasure to have them working in our house.  They cleaned up EVERY day when they finished working so we never felt like we were living in a construction site.  They did everything they could to please us and we never saw any of them grumpy, impatient or too busy to listen to our ideas or questions.  As a result, we have two exquisite new bathrooms as well as a beautifully painted bedroom and a new kitchen sink and faucet.  It was a great experience working with this company.  We are anxious to have them do more in our home.

Project went very well; contractors were timely, professional and courteous; they were attentive to disruptions in the household to the extent possible (major renovation projects naturally results in a lot of dust and distractions!); their time was generally well coordinated and managed so that the project could stay on a fairly tight timeline
We were pleased with their attention to detail and careful craftsmanship; Ben, the head of the company, provided extensive guidance and help in planning and decisions that needed to be made , while always keeping our wishes, lifestyle, and decorating schemes at the forefront.
The crew was prompt and responsive for any questions that came up along the way, and dealt quickly and openly with problems and challenges. They pointed out things we weren't aware of, like a rotted-out door frame, and worked with us on best ways to address them. An error in paint color selection in a bathroom was resolved immediately by repainting. When it became evident that something in the plan wasn't going to work, they involved us in determining how to revise the plan; for example, during the wall tiling in one bathroom, it became evident that the planned design wouldn't work well with the window frame and the Capler Homes crew came up with an alternative pattern and reviewed it with us before proceeding.
