"I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service. We asked both your spouse and son if everything was satisfactory before we left to make sure the jobs were up to par. We mulched leaves, mowed the grass, weeded, and cleaned 2 gutters for a low price. We also called and spoke to you while we were doing the gutters about them falling off and how we could not complete those. We pride ourselves on our work and affordable pricing."
