CALLED ASHBY ON MONDAY MORNING NOT EXPECTING TO RECEIVE HIS SERVICES SOON, BECAUSE OF
THIS BEING SUCH A SHORT NOTICE. HOWEVER, HE SAID HE WOULD COME TO MY HOME MONDAY EVENING.
HE ACTUALLY GOT HERE SOONER THAN I WAS EXPECTING, ABOUT 4:00 P.M. WE DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM
AND HE WENT RIGHT TO DIAGNOSING THE SITUATION. IN A FAIRLY SHORT PERIOD HE DETERMINED THAT
THE THERMOSTAT WAS THE PROBABLE CAUSE OF THIS MALFUNCTION. HE THEN CHECKED AND RESET
THE PARAMETERS ON THE THERMOSTAT. HE PRCEEDED THE INSTRUCT ME HOW TO CHECK AND RESET
THE PARAMETERS MYSELF, IF NEEDED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS AND AM VERY SATISFIED AND PLEASED
WITH HIS WORK, PROFESSIONLISM AND DEMEANOR, NOT EVEN TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE LOW
COST FOR HIS SERVICES.

He is a nice fellow. He did a great job and didn't charge as much as he could have. He did very good. It was a good experience.
