 + -1 moreWe have been very happy with the service, it is actually the only provider that offers high-speed internet in our area. The technician came out immediately when we called to set up and was very efficient and helpful.
Description of Work: We set up our internet service with them starting in June.

 + -1 moreThey were pretty good. They came and put in a modem and it was all good. When I called them to cancel my subscription, they were very cooperative.

 + -1 moreSetting up the order was easy and the Installation was one time and the installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not need a lot of explanation since I have had their service before but he provided all of the login credentials and explained the ways that I could contact customer service or support anytime it was needed. this experience was a good experience
