PANORAMA PAYDIRT

Although the price per cubic foot was good, the total cost was high since I was charged $70 for delivery. The mulch contained sticks, large chunks of wood, bamboo, Christmas &/or cedar trees, holly leaves, gravel, clumps of dirt, earthworms, tangled vines, and trash.  Trash specifics: plastic bottle tops, hunks of metal, pieces of a variety of plastic bags, pieces of burlap bags, corrugated plastic pipe of various sizes, and even an old knit cap. When loading the wheelbarrow and while spreading I had to sort out and discard the above.  The area to be delivered to was clearly marked but it was dumped partially in our gravel driveway.  When I sent an email recording the above, and expressing my displeasure, I never received a response.

I contacted Panorama Paydirt by email over a weekend, and received a reply early in the morning of the first business day. We quickly arranged the delivery and the truck showed up just when scheduled. The place I needed the compost dumped was a little tricky to access but the truck driver was patient and helpful. At my request, he dropped the compost in several smaller piles so that it would be easier for me to distribute evenly with a rake.
The compost was uniform in texture, odorless, and easy to work with.
I'm definitely going to use this provider again in the spring when I need compost and mulch for my garden.
