spoke with assistant on phone and was told they were out on emergency calls. They called back within a couple hours and we spoke. Foster gave me the information I needed to correct the problem myself. 4 hours later had water working well. just need to install a home filtration system to finish. I thank you for the effective advice that fixed my water problem

They did an excellent job with both situations and can not find anything at this point to fault them on. They will be my go to water fixers from now on.

They came out very quickly and we were very happy with them. 

They came and investigated the issue. They found out it was actually ants shorting out the pressure gage. Instead of charging me to replace the whole thing, which they could have gotten away with it because there was no way I was climbing into the well house. But they just replaced the gage, which was a whole lot less than I thought I was going to spend. 

I don't remember what I spent, but it was very reasonable and we were very pleased with them. 

I feel like you can trust this provider. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to any of my family or friends.

We addressed the acidic water and hard water. He also shocked my well water at no extra cost. Jason was very friendly, very informative, and of all the other companies I was recommended, they were the best price-wise.  I am very happy with the result. He is going to come back in a week or so once things stabilize to test for bacteria. I also may need a new light bulb for my UV system.

They were VERY prompt in the return call and service.    The crew was efficient and knowledgeable about their task. ( I ask alot of questions! )  Very professional and courteous staff.
It was not fun being w/o water but it was fixed as efficiently as possible.  Thank You FW&PCo!

They are great and excellent. They came the same day and fixed everything immediately. They came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

I contacted Angie's List, where I was introduced to Foster Well and Pump Company.  I was assigned by Foster Well and Pump to Shane as my contact and the job supervisor.
Shane conducted an on-site inspections.
He provided me his credentials, list of references, licenses and his work integrity from the begining.  He refused to sell his services by say anything negitive about other "services providers" and ensured my you'll get what you pay for.  I like the honesty and his focus on what he could provide to me as a custmer.
They were considerate of the other builders on the property.  He waited for the site to allow him to be successful and coordinated scheduling with my Prime Contractor.  Shane made the whole process easy and transparent.  I feel that I got a great deal and walked away feeling I wasn't just a JOB.  Pay for a service and exceed your expectations, I am not used to that these days.  Shane and Foster will always get my business and I would promote them as a great "service company" to anyone who will listen.
By the way..... I rarely provide referenes. I provide references ONLY when I feel confident if I provide a reference....more people could benefit from my positive experience.

It was not clear if there was a leak or if the well had run its course and needed further attention or even a new one drilled. First, on the phone, they discussed what might be the problem; then they came out and found the leak promptly. It helped that the ground was muddy and it was easier to see lighter colored clay bubbling up. The next day, they came with a back hoe and fixed the broken pipe; we discussed if we should stop there or replace the whole pipe but we still didn't know if the well would come back. So, they stopped there and we set up a series of tests to see if the pressure in the system held and if there was water. If it seemed OK, that was it; if not, we'd move on from there. So far, so good. They were helpful and the price seemed fair.

Everything went well.  We had been looking for some time for someone knowledgeable about UV systems and we found Fosters.
We reserve some judgement until they've been out for annual service, to see if they follow through well with that---but so far so good.
I don't recall exact date or cost.

I am very pleased with the service I received. The invoice, however, lacked details.

His suggestion was right on. By turning off the power to my well and HWH for an hour, it gave my well time to recharge (which it did) indicating that I had a leak in my plumbing system. I was then able to track the leak down and repair it. Well's fine and I'm grateful for his advice.

From the beginning, they were responsive, and I spoke on the phone to Steve several times until we were able to work out a meeting time (we had to juggle many appointments that day, so Steve's flexibility and willingness to accommodate us was VERY much appreciated).  When we arrived at the property, Steve was already testing the well, and was very personable and professional, as well as helpful to us.
