Used to be my go-to sprinkler company, but not anymore. After several years of outstanding service, his services have gone way downhill. I paid his annual contract price of $195 to open and close my system in Feb 2023. In May of 2023, after numerous attempts to get service turned on, I resorted to another provider. I have sent several emails requesting a refund, and he has failed to respond. From discussions with others who have used him, they are telling similar stories of reduced performance and timely service. The new company also discovered a bad back-flow valve, which should not fail while stored in my garage over the winter. I cannot specifically blame him for this, but it is a little strange. I will not resign with him, and I hope that he returns my investment in his company based on prior performance.

Came sooner than they said they could do the job. Very professional and did great work.

We were interested in having an irrigation system installed at our home in Virginia Heritage at Lee's Parke in Spotsylvania County.
  After talking with several neighbors we called Rappahannock Rain.  It was not long before Don met with us and carefully explained what arrangement would be best for our lot.  He explained the controls as well.  He completed the work himself with an assistant and ensured that we were satisfied.  He even set up the locations to allow for a not yet installed patio.
After the installation, and after the patio installation, he returned a couple times to adjust some of the heads to ensure proper coverage.  Among the things we really liked about Don is his hands on for all the work, and that he knows his customers by name.  We would give him our highest recommendation
