I sent this company an e-mail thru Angies List. The e-mail bounced back as undeliverable. I called and left a message saying that my credit union said I had to find my own title company for a refi in two weeks, and could they help? and that I needed to talk to them ASAP. I heard nothing back in over a day. In any small business it is imperative that people be responsive. I will not use this company.

Outstanding job. Title One coordinated with my lender in Memphis every step of the way. The closing went off without a hitch, no surprises and no unexpected fees.
Description of Work: Refinance on my home. Included lender title insurance, settlement and closing. I received an online estimate for closing from an "online only" provider. Title One matched the very aggressive price quote I received.
