Tiptop Movers

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! A NO SHOW ON MOVING DAY. I WAS LEFT STRANDED WITH NO HELP. I scheduled a move for noon on a Thursday. Text to confirm the day before and got a response that everything was good and they would arrive between 11 am and Noon. I rented the moving truck and had it ready by 10 am. They text me at noon saying they would be an hour late. Then at 1 pm they text and said they would be another hour late. I then text at 3 pm when they did not show up. I asked for a phone call and they would not call me back. I left several messages. 4 pm they text saying they would send someone as soon as they could but no time. I ended up having to load the truck myself and drive it to the new house. I asked them to please meet me at the new house to help me unload the truck. No response until 7 pm that night. He apologized saying the first job took longer than planned. He said they would come to the new house the next morning around 4 am to unload the truck. I agreed and said I would be waiting. got up at 4 am and no Tiptop movers and no text or phone call. They never returned any of my text or phone calls after that. Needless to say Moving is stressful enough without the moving company causing more stress. They are a fly by night company. Very unprofessional. Stay far away from this company. I used Tiptop movers before and they showed up very late but finally showed up. this time they never showed up.
