Can't say enough about this place! They were timely, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced! We came across this place by recommendation from our home warranty company as we had submitted a claim. From the first call I made to TEC Electrical I knew that this was going to be a positive experience. We were not disappointed! The electrician, Tim, knew his stuff! We especially appreciated the way he treated the job, given that he thought he was only getting our deductible and knew that he was going to have to deal with our warranty company to try to obtain the rest. While he was there, we found out from the warranty co. that two of our issues were not covered under the warranty as we had 2 free floating outlets. He charged us $14.00 each to fix those which we felt was very reasonable. He also went above what he needed to by changing out our light switches in our bathroom so that they both would match in color (previously one was yellow and one was white). One of my biggest gripes about service repair places is that they walk in wearing their shoes in our house. I was so appreciative of the fact that he was very conscious of this and he put on booties before walking all over. In addition, we have 2 dogs who believe that any person walking in our door is there to love on them. Tim was very understanding and treated them like the owners they think they are. In summary, we would definitely use TEC again if we ever have any electrical concerns! I would highly recommend!

Everything went well. He visited twice, once to assess the situation, once to complete the install. He talked with me in between to go over the proposed replacement and the options I had based on what the warranty company would cover and what I'd have to pay on my own. While he was here, I also got him to switch out a dining room chandelier for me, for which he only charged me his usual hourly rate, since he was there already. Very knowledgeable and pleasant, easy to work with, and very careful about making a mess and keeping things cleaned up after finishing the work.
