Sweepin' Beauty LLC

Initially, the cleaning service went well. Everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. However, over time the cleaning results left much to desire. We have a toddler who likes to leave sticky handprints around the house which were constantly overlooked even after we made a request for this specific cleaning. Jennifer and her crew failed to replace the safety covers to the electrical sockets every time they vacuumed even after this was brought to her attention. The crew left random empty energy drink cans throughout the house on more than one occasion. Jennifer's professionalism was lacking as well. We often received odd and random late night text messages asking questions, advice or favors (to include requests for advanced payments). Cleaning rags have been left around our house and there was even a time when she had covered the carpets with a vacuum cleaner powder (after we had requested her NOT to do this) and was unable to vacuum it up as her "vacuum broke." The straw that broke the camel's back was when the crew left a bucket of cleaning chemicals in my 16 month old's playroom on her play kitchen (not where we would have immediately noticed it). We found our daughter with all of the chemical bottles spread out on the floor and she was chewing on the top of one of them. Needless to say, this was the point where we terminated her services.

I need to start this review with a little background.  I was extremely hesitant to hire another cleaning company because I had some significant issues with a previous company. With the previous company, there was a complete breakdown on the ability to communicate: from times they would arrive, what I wanted done, and if I had any issues. With the previous company, what the lady or ladies cleaning my house wanted to do, was what they did, I had no real input for the cleaning. Even when I had given very specific directions to the owner on the night prior to the scheduled cleaning, those directions were completely ignored or not communicated to the people actually doing the work. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier that I was not able to overcome. When I decided I no longer wanted to use the previous company?s service I was harassed and they never returned the key to my house.



After talking to Jennifer and explaining some of the concerns from the past, I hired Sweepin? Beauty LLC to do an initial clean of my house and then to set up a monthly cleaning routine. Jennifer and crew arrived for the initial cleaning ready to go. We were in contact about when they would arrive to start because of bad weather, but Jennifer was determined to get here and arrived within the range of time we discussed. Communication has been excellent, from when they would be coming, what I wanted done, and her asking if I had specific ways of having things done, such as how the bed was made. Since I work from home, Sweepin? Beauty was able to ask me questions if they had a concern, especially since this was a first clean. Jennifer?s desire to make me a happy customer was very apparent and appreciated. While it had been awhile since my last regular cleaning, the detailed job that Sweepin? Beauty did really outshined anything done in the past. I now realize that my previous company really only surface cleaned. 



Days later, the house not only looks clean but it still has that just cleaned smell. The floors shine, the bathrooms sparkle, and you could have bounced a coin on the sheets of the beds. And I can?t even say how clean the kitchen is, grease above the stove from the previous owner is finally truly gone. And she cleaned places of the stove (and other places) I would never have even thought to clean.

Company has decided to stop returning calls and texts . Would not use again since Jennifer has taken money from my friends for cleaning and has not provided service or refund. Lucky I had completed my cleanings which I had paid for.
