Description of Work: Constructed a 14'x12' screened-in porch on an existing deck. Excellent workmanship. The porch looks like it has always been on the house. NJ&K was a subcontractor to Dominion Craftsman Services that designed and managed the project.

 + -1 moreOverall, I have to say we are very pleased. To begin, the wood was delivered on time, and bundled together very neatly, a great quality of wood too. Work began on a Tuesday and was completed the next day. The work was accomplished by the owner and his crew, not subcontracted. Because we are finishing our basement in sections, NJ&K was detailed on the framing to make sure that the electrical, plumbing, and heating would be easy to incorporate. Furthermore after completing the work, the owner was able sit down and explain what was done and how the other trades would finish thier work on top of the framework.
Description of Work: Recently, we used NJ&K Construction for the design and layout of our basement. Our basement is approximately 900 square feet and they completed the framing for us. We are very pleased with the work of NJ&K Construction. They have a Class A license which assured us that the job was going to be done professionally. Furthermore, we also used this company prior to having Angie's List. They designed and built our deck. We have become very familiar with the quality of work they do, which is why we decided to use them. They are very punctual, professional, and work oriented.
