Overall, I have to say we are very pleased.  To begin, the wood was delivered on time, and bundled together very neatly, a great quality of wood too.  Work began on a Tuesday and was completed the next day.  The work was accomplished by the owner and his crew, not subcontracted. Because we are finishing our basement in sections, NJ&K was detailed on the framing to make sure that the electrical, plumbing, and heating would be easy to incorporate.  Furthermore after completing the work, the owner was able sit down and explain what was done and how the other trades would finish thier work on top of the framework.
