Kenneth gave me a fair estimate and he stuck to it. He came when he said he was going to come and got the job done in the amount of time he had estimated. (Anyone who has worked with many contractors knows that that's a HUGE statement.) He did all the work himself, which was a lot--pulling down walls, resurfacing and staining concrete, etc. He's now my realtor boyfriend's go-to guy for concrete work, largely because of his reliability.
