Based out of Triangle, VA, our history of improving Northern Virginia's outdoor living was established in 1988. We are large enough to service the biggest corporate clients yet small enough to give the homeowner the attention and security they need to insure the job is done right! Jeff and his team did an absolutely tremendous job! We had a delay to due HOA approval and he was very understanding and accommodating. Once the work got started he was very involved every step. Several times i watched him even work and perform quality control checks every step of installation. Upon completion of the job, his team left a spotless work site. I am ecstatic with our new fence and cannot recommend him enough. Hire JL affordable you will not be disappointed!

The price was about what I expected to pay. They put in a whole new post and they asked me about width of the gate and I needed it to be wide enough for a riding lawn mower to come through. They came and checked and actually the owner's father lived across the street and he came and checked too. I was lucky in that way. They used good quality material. They talked to me about what I wanted and then they went and got the materials and they didn't request the payment right away. They allowed me to mail it to them and they did call and check to see that everything was okay.

An old rotten retaining wall was torn down, removed and disposed of. A new retaining wall with a drainage system was installed, the provider used 8" pressure treated timbers. the work was performed in three days. I'm pleased with the final product

Their word is good. Excellent follow up service. Settling of soil caused damage to a line. They fixed it with no additional charge. Highly recommend this company.

excellent; this company is very easy to work with and they do an amazing job. Their bid was reasonable, work was completed ahead of schedule and the final product is perfect. I also believe that in the unlikely event we should encouter any problems with the fence that JL would likely address it...we plan to use them for other projects this summer.

The original bid given back in August was a little higher than what we had set aside for this project, but Jeff agreed to the lower cost, if we did not mind waiting until November, which we had no problem with. The quality, timeliness to complete, and professionalism were exceptional. We made a small change at the last minute, which they had no problem with either. The only thing I can say negatively, was that at least 2 of the stairs had gaps large enough to see through the other side, but Jeff has agreed to fix the problem. I plan on referring him to my best friend now that I see the quality and affordability of his work.

Considering that we recommended him to other people. I would say that he was affordable. They did good work and they were very conscientious. We were concerned about some of the spots where the sod was put down were dry looking and he that it would take a couple of weeks. He would come back if the sod would not take the places we were concerned about. He was the most reasonable. When my husband had emailed him or called him, he responded very quickly.

I've used them before. The price was excellent. It is a small family company. I like Jeff, the owner, and he always does a really good job. His prices are always competitive. If they are not the best, they are real good. They come in and get the job done and do a real good job. He always has the same crew. He's local and I like that. He doesn't do mowing or stuff like that. I would use them again.

Absolutely flawless... we've lived in this house for 20 years, and this is the FIRST time we've had a real lawn. The fence really looks professional, and our neighbors have commented on how nice the flower boxes out front look!

The job was excellent. They cleared and hauled off the brush they removed and did some dirt work the results of which were excellent and increased our usable yard three fold. The built a Mt. Vernon picket fence that is beautiful and solid. The price was excellent when compared to the other estimates I received. The crew was excellent and went above and beyond.

The price was by far the best and the work was excellent. Family owned business and the carpenters were all very professional and Knowledgeable. The decks took 3 1/2 days to complete and they look fantastic. The crew left the work area as clean as when they found it. i would certainly recommend them for the construction of your deck.
