Jon HIx arrived early and was already looking around the exterior of the townhouse that I was trying to buy when I arrived. Jon went through the entire townhouse with me, including the attic, and took pictures of all problems that needed to be addressed. His final report was detailed and contained pictures. Jon was very professional and explained problems with the townhouse that he found. He also noted potentional problems that should be addressed. Would definitely recommend Jon to anyone in need of a home inspector.

Jon Hix showed up on time to the home inspection for the house I am purchasing. Was professional and through and explained every step in the process. I couldn't have asked for a better home inspector.

Mr. Hix is completely unqualified and/or dishonest and provided me a completely inaccurate report on the home I was purchasing. He missed very important safety issues that cost me thousands of dollars and caused me serious health issues due to his negligence. Do not use this home inspector! I relied on him to provide essential information on the property I was purchasing. His errors and omissions forced me to make a completely uniformed decision on the purchase of my home. I would not recommend him and do not feel he should even be allowed to practice in the state of VA.
