When we were dealing with the company (Arturo) it was more informal than some companies and we often left messages with Arturo's family. My knowledge of Spanish was helpful. Agreements and even receipts were less formal than with some companies (I actually took care of written documentation myself for both our signatures). But with these caveats, we were pleased with the results, especially for the price agreed upon in comparison to others. Would recommend and would use again.
