Boy, the cost was fabulous. The condo association said to us that we could go to a company and they would charge $325 per unit to inspect the sprinkler systems and do check the pressure and stuff, which I thought was outrageous. I was googling and Angie's List had a little article and it said something about sprinkler inspection companies and what the average charge might be. And I think Angie's List had a couple hundred dollars, so I thought, "Okay, this seems little high, $300." I think it might have been more, $360. So, I looked on Angie's List and I'm pretty sure I called people on Angie's List, and it is very hard to find a sprinkler inspector for just residential because they typically do commercial buildings, or if our condo were smart, they would contact somebody to do the whole development, but they just left us to our own devices. Then I started googling, and I stumbled upon Cavalier. The guy told me, if I get three other people, I will charge you each $50! Compared to over $300 from the other people! There were 8 of us and he charged each of us $50 a piece, where the other company was going to charge each of us over $300. If I had only had done it myself, it was still going to be only like $100. I didn't dislike anything. They were punctual, they were very professional. The technician that came, I asked him all the questions, because who the heck worries about their sprinklers, right? He told me everything he was going to do, when he went to the pressure gauge, he was going to open the valve. He showed me what it meant that the sprinkler head was okay. I have no complaints with them. All they did was an inspection, but the condo association accepted their results, so I guess it went fine. Excellent interactions with them both with the office representative, the head technician who I had to deal with, and the technician that came out. Very pleasant, wanted to work with us.
