Property Management
They did not follow the contract and as a result my house is a total disaster at the end of the period. They didn't properly perform inspections at the property and they charged me $1,265.70 for repairs without any prior notice, which the contract states that they were supposed to call me and notify me prior to charging anything over $500. I have also never been able to get a hold of them via phone and only can seem to communicate via email. On their inspection sheets, several of the blanks were noted as "can't see" due to garbage and trash being stacked up in the way. They never had the tenant move these things out of the way and upon further inspection the areas are absolutely filthy.
