The work itself was satisfactory, but the scheduling, organization and billing were sub-par. Some work had to be completed before the floors could be done, but it wasn't done on time, so we had to reschedule another contractor. We paid according to their schedule all through the project, and then were surprised with a bill for a "late" payment 6 months later, which we'd never seen before.
