Ceramic Tile Service
Work began on 8/08 and never finished. He has been paid all of the money but has not returned to the home to finish the work since 02/09. I have made numerous attempts to contact him at his home and on his cell phone and he has not returned any phone calls. I have also sent emails and recieved no response.
