Riveras Drywall & Paint

Jose Rivera came to my house on short notice to remove the water-damaged drywall and give me an estimate on repairing the damage.  A few weeks later I called him back to replace ceiling drywall and repaint.  Unfortunately, the work was terrible...I could have done a better job and I am a novice with drywall.  We called him back out to the house to show him how substandard the work was and he agreed the drywall needed to be replaced.  His second attempt was a little improved, but still quite shoddy work.  He is a nice guy, but he either has no skill or doesn't care about the quality of the job.  Furthermore, he did a poor job of cleaning up the site when he was finished, even though we pointed out the splattered paint and drywall compound in the foyer floors and walls.  His price was reasonable, but the old saying applies here..."you get what you pay for."  I'm going to have to get somebody else come in and do a better job.
