They are very professional, their approach is amazing, their price was the lowest of all my estimates, and the project manager was always available to answer questions and provide information. Perfectly! Platinum Exteriors installed a high end roof with 50 year Presidential Shake from Certainteed in 2003 at the house we just moved into (I.e did the work for the prior owner). The roof is beautiful and was a key highlight when we bought the house. During a recent stretch of heavy rains, we discovered a leak in our roof. We called Platinum with hopes they would honor and/or transfer their 10 year warranty on the roof, knowing we were not their original customer. We were thrilled with the response. They were courteous and responsive and didn't waste any time to come out to the house to examine the problem. It turned out to be a problem with the chimney seal, and they fixed it under the warranty, at no cost. If they're like this with all their clients, I would recommend them to anyone.

Platinum Exteriors was referred to us by the contractor of friends, who had worked with Platinum in a subcontractor role. We thought the exterior work on their home renovation was high quality and had asked them for a recommendation. From the start, our experience with Platinum Exteriors was extremely positive. We were contacted by Michael Haring shortly after we reached out to Platinum. We scheduled a time to meet within one week. The meeting was very productive and efficient. We did a walk through of our immediate project needs and also discussed a few potential add-on assignments. As promised, Michael provided us with a detailed project overview and cost estimate within one week our initial meeting. We thought the pricing was very competitive and the proposed work schedule was timely. Michael was also flexible to accommodate our work and vacation schedules. Within three weeks of the initial meeting, all of the work within the scope of the initial agreement was complete, and we were very pleased with the results. Platinum's workers and the subs did high-quality work, were professional on the job site, and willing to accommodate our last-minute adjustments. We had several other exterior-related projects that were on our to-do list. Our satisfaction with the siding project led us to ask Platinum for pricing on exterior door and window replacement as well as the refinishing of our IPE wood porch, patching of stucco on home exterior, and repainting of exterior doors and trim. Michael quickly got us price estimates, and we proceeded with the work. Similar to our first experience, the second phase of the project was also a success. We were also extremely pleased with the results and would have a difficult time finding fault with any aspect of the work, service, or price. We will definitely use Platinum again, if we have a need, and we will refer them to friends.

This is the second time we have used Platinum Exteriors. The first was to replace and cover all the gutters on our previous home. Our experience was positive so we called them again to replace a very long gutter on our current home and to give us an estimate for additional gutter and trim replacement. We decided to replace just the one defective gutter at this time. As with our previous experience, they removed the existing gutter, inspected the trim and installed the new gutter. The installer told us that not only was the gutter defective, but also the pitch of the gutter was incorrect, which explains the drainage problems we were experiencing.

It was all good. They came when they said they would, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and took off. There were no problems.
