they were okay but very expensive. everything was fine, but expensive.

We found the granite we wanted at NEKA after the granite company that was supposed to hold our granite for our contractor did not hold it. Our salesperson, Umit, was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. NEKA installed the granite with some help from our contractor. The only issue was that the seams were not smooth. NEKA sent someone to see our problem and then sent a crew to remedy it to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the results. Our contractor then had our new backsplash installed, which is beautiful. The only problem was that when the backsplash got sealed, the person who sealed it did not protect the granite and did not wipe the sealer off the granite adequately. It left a residue where you could see the wipe marks. We have gone back and forth with the contractor and they will not address the problem. NEKA agreed to come out and see what could be done in spite of it being a problem they had not created. They managed to get the sealer residue off and solved the problem for us. We are so grateful. I agreed to pay for a service visit from them since their guy spent half a day helping us fix a problem they didn't create. I am very grateful that NEKA worked above and beyond to satisfy a customer!

I contacted at least 10 companies to find a company that would install a Carrera marble countertop and a full slab marble backsplash in a DC apartment. After getting some responses and photos, I narrowed the list further and toured three showrooms to see the stones in person. Many had enticing initial prices, but the stones were not acceptable.
NEKA had the best options ? all premium marble ? and they were the best quality and price for my job out of the 10 companies I contacted.  Most importantly, they installed the counter the same week!!! (others promised installation in 2 weeks).  The installation was punctual and cleaned up.

In preparation for our visit to the Sterling showroom, we spoke with staff who advised us regarding taking pics of the areas to be replaced, and bringing measurements with us. At the showroom, we were given an estimate, which we accepted, and we scheduled an appointment for their staff to take final measurements. After that, we scheduled the installation. At each phase of the project, everything went as planned. The staff was on time and did what was promised. The project manager was responsive to our calls in between appointments when we had additional questions. The quality of the finished product/installation is excellent.
