The sales person was amazing. His name was Rudi Mattens and he was a pro. However the delivery people - who showed up on time - didn't assemble the section in the direction I requested, even though I left a diagram for him. My neighbor let them in so she did not know. Turns out the delivery guys said - no that won't work" then did what he wanted. When I got home I re-arranged it - and it did work. Now I have a warranty claim and it is taking WEEKS to get to a point that the people are coming out to fix it. Be warned - when the check clears customer service stops! Perhaps the company can make it out next week to fix the recliner - but I have to be available between 1 pm and 5 pm. Remind you of the cable company?

The couch is fine. The swivel/rocker chairs are not great quality. They "click" several times when you rock back and forth. The skirt also is not long enough to hide the ugly black metal base. The delivery was on time and professional.

We had been searching for 6 months for a new couch & chair for the livingroom and either the price was right, but the quality was poor or the quality was good, but the price was too high. FINALLY found a floor model that Haverty's was selling that was exactly what we were looking for at a price that we could afford. Not a smudge or tear on it - looks brand new, and came with full guarantee/services.
