BEWARE this company is NOT a stand up company. They moved our entire household and damaged numerous items then refused to reimburse in full. They are forcing us to take them to court now. They field supervisor who showed up was extraordinarily unprofessional angry rude and insistent on packing out items in the garage himself despite fact we were doing it ourselves. He then had his crew load the truck haphazardly which resulted in numerous broken, scuffed, scratched, dented items both wrapped and in boxes!

All I all, it went very well. The packing/loading crew was very experienced, competent and helpful. We felt they took sufficient care of our belongings. Moving is pricey, of course, so it's hard to be real positive about the cost, but they were competitive. We did find there were some minor issues with a few pieces of furniture once it was delivered to our new home, but that's not surprising. It was nothing that a furniture touch up marker couldn't take care of.

Excellent! The crew arrived on time as scheduled and were very professional. They packed and handled my items with care and were quick, but careful, as they moved everything back and forth from the truck. Nothing arrived damaged. All of the guys were very courteous and helped make the move as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend Collins Brothers!
