** Ceiling Popcorn removal... turned out they don't actually REMOVE the popcorn, they scrape it off the ceiling, it wouldn't have been a problem if they would cover the walls, the ceiling fans, or at least clean up after they finish... I ended up having to mop the walls with my swiffer cleaner & we spent the first couple of weeks coughing day & night 'coz that nasty material was in the air... not to mention that once we used the ceiling fans we had a big cloud of popcorn residue all over our brand new furniture!
** interior Painting... I was planing to do the painting myself but I saw how much trouble it would be to fix the wall & prep it to paint so I decided to let them do it... turns out they didn't do that either... there was a small crack in my bedrooms wall that they painted over... small holes from old pictures r still there too... but that's not the main problem... remember that nasty popcprn haze that got stuck to the walls... they haven't cleaned that before painting one of the rooms so they ended up doing three coats on that room & charging me for the three coats!!! not to mentioned the three gallons that I had to buy! 
Oh yeah... One of the workers apparently cleaned the paint brushes (or maybe his hands) in my brand new kitchen sink & now I have orange spots on the kitchen sink that i have to get rid of!
** Last but not least... Tile installation... I decided to rip away the old carpet from the basement & install tile instead... the owner of the company has one good tile man that spent two days working on two rooms... but I guess the owner thought this is taking too long & decided to do the rest of his job with the rest of his men (& apparently relatives!), & OMG how awful that turned out! too much lippage & >16 tiles popped out of their place within two days... he was always finding excuses for why this turned out this bad but my explanation was "because it took u 6 hours to finish a job that would've needed 6 days!!!"
 
I spent almost 10000$ on this project, & I really had high expectations... but this company just ruined my dream... I wish I can post pictures of the tile so u can appreciate what i am talking about!!
bottom line... Don't hire this guy & his group... I'm sure there're better people out their that deserve ur money...
