Isaac was kind and courteous. It was obvious that he was well trained and knew what he was doing. He really took the time to give us a thorough home inspection. He even went back after the rain stopped and double checked an area that had been in accessible due to bad weather. Highly recommend!

I chose Isaac and Ion Inspections based on reviews here and I wasn't disappointed. Isaac spent a considerable amount of time doing the inspection, climbing on the roof and crawling through the crawlspace and the report that he provided was more detailed with more pictures than I have ever received from past inspections. Even my real estate agent was surprised about the level of detail that Isaac provided in his written report (and his written responses to our requests for clarification or detail after we reviewed the report). I HIGHLY recommend using Isaac for your future inspections!

Isaac did an amazingly thorough job on our after-purchase home inspection. Our report is so detailed and full of excellent photos with arrows to show the specific issues described. He found things I wouldnâ t have even thought to look for and warned us about some dangerous issues with the decades-old electric system in our old farmhouse. Worth every penny!

Isaac was fantastic, fitting me in his schedule with short notice from me. I am considering a large home in SW Virginia and he did an excellent job helping me make a sound, objective decision. Lots of details and pictures presented in the report. He went well beyond what other inspectors have done for me re. other properties. VERY budget friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, and not afraid to explain items of concern. A few notches above other home inspectors in my opinion. A detective who also educates you, who is definitely on your side. Follow up questions after you get the report? No problem with Isaac.

If Honesty and Integrity were requirements of this career it would weed out most, but not here. He did absolutely outstanding work, going above and beyond the minimum standards for the industry. His primary concern was for the safety of the customers. I would subcontract to him anytime.

This company gives great service what I really liked as they were outstanding at explaining what they were doing and why they needed to do it. I would highly recommend them.
