Arrived on time. He let me know in detail (with pictures) what was occurring and gave me several options. I found him extremely knowledgeable plus he was pleasant and answered all of my questions. I could not be happier, and in addition the repair cost was extremely reasonable.

Mr. Martin was prompt and seems to be knowledgeable. However, his invoice was outrageous. For example, in addition to the flat fee for the work (not by the hour!!!), he charged me $65 /lb for freon (the cost on the internet is $8lb, and other bizarre charges. In total, $1215 for fill up with freon (for the same work I paid 1-2 years ago about $400). Please be careful !!!

The service person responded very promptly. He was knowledgeable about heat pumps and air handlers. He located the problem and fixed it. He recommended regular yearly maintenance, which makes sense. I would hire him again.

Mr Martin was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem for $290. He could have sold me a new unit but was honest and fixed my problem. He is a nice Christian young man. I will be using him again.
