I like that I don't have to think about it because I know they're going to do it. They're good and prompt. They do a thorough job, but I don't really interact with them that much because they just automatically come and I'm not necessarily at home when they do, but they just come and do the job. I moved from one house to another and called them again and we're getting ready to have them do $6000's worth of work, so I guess I like them.
