BRYAN'S CONSTRUCTION

Over all the work was alright, though I believe a few not so minor problems exist and were covered up. At first, once they started coming to work, the work went well, then it seemed to take a back seat to other projects he was picking up afterward. He had made the header on the garage, only 7 feet and we'd asked for an 8' door, that he changed. He'd promised the electrical to be done and we had to hire an outside contractor. When time came for the framing inspection, he didn't come, didn't provide the plans and the garage and sunroom were failed. Then we went to the county to see what we could get done, and we were able to have the inspector come back out with the plans. Mr. Crabtree then said he'd be back out to finish the job, and never came back, refused to take the calls made to his cell phone. the only number available. We are installing the insulation. We have filed a complaint with the the Professions Board in Richmond and are waiting for someone to contact us. We are certain we will have to hire a lawyer to enforce the contracts.
