They were prompt, they were efficient and took the time to explain the new thermostats that we bought.

The experience has been good. the same guy seems to come out every time and I like that.

So far, they have been good. I do not have any complaints. Their service agreement is relatively expensive, but they installed the unit, so I prefer to have them maintain the system.
