Squeeky Clean

I am a serious gardener and I had a Japanese maple plant which is very expensive. I showed him pictures of the damage to the plans. My Japanese maple plant did end up dying. It was a 5 year old plant. In my opinion, I feel like he should of made some sort of offer for the loss of the Japanese maple plant. I was on the list for a follow up appointment in 6 month for a window cleaning. I got an email from them with an invoice and they hadn’t even done the work or called me. Their machinery was on my grass in my backyard; the power washer dug in and tore up my grass leaving a muddy mess. They rinsed and cleaned their machinery on my grass causing a severe chemical  burn which prohibits the grass from growing.
