He is really good at what he does. He does it for the money and not as a hobby. He has horses and he is really interesting to talk to. He sold 30 houses last year. He is real nice. He loves his job which is a big plus. He is friendly and outgoing. He has a lot of experience and he knows what he is doing. He's only had the house for a short while but I have faith that he is going to sell it.

We had a great experience with Anne P at Wilkins and Co. First we were looking for a house and she showed us what we were looking for as well as giving us information about the community and schools.  She was professional and not pushy. In fact when we decided to delay buying a home and rent instead, she worked very hard to find us a rental. She was supportive and did not in anyway push us to reconsider buying. She got very little in commission for the rental (less than a month's rent) especially considering she took pictures of the rental, then emailed then to us, acted as a reference to the owner and facilitated the lease agreement.  We currently get email listings of searches on homes in our price range and size. This is very helpful. She has never suggested a larger house than we wanted or for more money than we wanted to spend. We will definitely use her services when it is time for us to buy.
