I had spoken to Jason, the mechanic prior to coming in for the repair. He ordered the necessary part. Jason informed me prior to arrival of the estimated cost. I dropped off car to be repaired in the morning and was able to pick it up in the evening. Very convenient as I was going to Greensboro for the day. When I picked the car up everything was in working order. New sticker replaced for oil change. Price was about the same as estimate. I have been to other repair shops (out of the area) that made me feel like I was getting screwed because I'm a woman. None of that here! I definitely feel I received a very fair price!
Excellent service and price! I will definitely will be back if I incur any other automobile needs!
