They got the roof stripped of all shingles in a couple of days and the morning they were to apply the new shingles they said the color I wanted wasn't delivered. I didn't want a bare roof while waiting for the shingles I wanted to be ordered and delivered so they ended up putting on the color they had first suggested. They finished the job and left.  A year later while getting ready to host a  big family dinner I spotted a large water stain on my diningroom ceiling. We called Jordan Roofing and Harold Jordan and Joe Van Pelt came out the next day. They said they could find no leak, I said look at my ceiling! They finally said the chimney hadn't been flashed and that could be the problem. I told him that it was on the paper they gave me that the chimney was to be flashed as part of the job, he said no it wasn't and I produced the paper that had flashing chimney listed on it. He flashed the chimney but they refused to fix the ceiling saying that wasn't their problem. I told them that the whole point in replacing the roof was so we wouldn't have  that kind of problem. They became extremley rude and acted in a very unprofessional manner. We had to fix the ceiling ourselves . I contacted  Better Business but nothing ever came of it. I suggest if you want your roof done correctley you get another roofing company.
