Mr. Stephens has done work for me in the past. He installed a new hot water heater and installed flashing around the edge of my roof over my gutters. He is reliable and does good work. If he tells you the day he will be there to do the work you can count on him. I purchased my new dishwasher from home depot. I also purchased the installation service. When the home depot people arrived and looked at my plumbing they told me I needed my fittings changed from 1/2and quot; to 3/8and quot;. They were not authorized to do anything except a straight switch out, no plumbing work. My husband had them take the new dishwasher with them. They said once we get the new fittings installed they could make the switch. After thinking about it I decided it made no sense to hire one person to change the fittings and another to do the install. I remembered Mr. Stephens and the work he did for us a few years ago. I called him and he remembered us! He even remembered where we lived. He said he could do the plumbing work and install the dishwasher. He said he could get to it by the end of the next week. He told me to text him when it was delivered. I had the dishwasher re-delivered on Wednesday. Mr. Stephens was at my house with a helper Thursday afternoon. The new dishwasher was installed and working within 3 hours. It was a little tight because of the insulation packed around the new dishwasher. Dishwasher looks and operates great! Price was very reasonable at $120.

what should have taken no more that a week is still on going. Help does not show up until 9:30 or as late as noon and are doing maybe a couple hours work and then goofing off and not having any urgency to complete the job. more to come once job is completed
