 + -1 moreHaley's sent two men to pick up our 60" TV They took the TV and kept it for three days. When they returned the TV they drove in our yard and ran over yard ornaments, including a light from my mother's funeral. They told my husband that they had ran over a ceramic duck in our yard. When I got home I found the duck was shattered into hundreds of pieces. The piece was not repairable. I called Haley's and the gentleman mocked me but did promise to replace the piece. He never did. We were charged $380.00 for the lamp for the TV and the service. Less than 6 months later the bulb burned out again. This time we used Aaron's who only charged us for the cost of the bulb-$118.00 no charge coming to our home and replacing it. It took them ten minutes. When they removed the bulb they stated that the old one didn't look like a new bulb and felt that Haley's had replaced our burned out bulb with one they had laying around the shop. We would never recommend Haley's to anyone.

 + -1 moreThey came and picked it up and and diagnosed the problem that day. The Bulb in tv had gone bad.
