I called Dodson about 6 months ago to get rid of roaches inmy home

Like I stated before. I contacted them through angie's list. They came right away. They gave an assessment, and a 1st appointment. They came on time for appointment and went through everything. They took care of the problem, and they gave me a schedule for when they would come back. They said they were going to call and then send an appointment postcard. 1. i never got a call back, 2. I never seen or heard from them again.So overall it was disappointing to never hear from them again. Eveerything started out so good, service was good. Follow up not good at all and ruined all the good parts. Great company, sad follow up.

Everything went well. Even called back early to retreat problem areas - which is now free of bugs.
