I had the oil changed there until a few years ago. The reason I decided to go with Jiffy Lube instead of the Danville Toyota Service Center is that Jiffy Lube has much more convenient hours, and the wait time at Jiffy Lube is a fraction of that at the Toyota dealership (which usually was about an hour).
Other than oil changes, I have also purchased tires from the Service Center (which I found I was able to find elsewhere at a lower cost for the same tires) and basic maintenance such as brake repairs. While more expensive than taking the car to a privately owned mechanic shop, Danville Toyota is reliable with their repairs.
I would recommend buying a car from Danville Toyota, and rate that as an A Plus experience.
I rate the Service Center as B.
