Took it in to get one key fixed. After first day there and no call to let us know when it would be done went by to check on it and when tech saw my husband coming he rushed over to fix. said it would take 10 mins. Half an hour later he had broken the clips that hold the key to the keyboard. Said he would order another keyboard and replace it at no cost. Took laptop back on the day they said to. went back and they had ordered wrong keyboard, took keyboard home once again. This time keyboard was not put back on properly, when typing the whole keyboard moved, and the rubber button under back space key was broken almost all the way off. When I called back myself, the tech argued with me about how the keyboard got broken. Claimed it was damaged before it got to them. I said oh no, I looked at it before it went it each time, it was fine before they broke it with the only exception being one small plastic part that held the key on which is why we took it in to begin with.
Tech offered to come to our home and fix it for free. I told him I would think about it. When I called back I asked for owner and was given his cell number. I told him I did not want same tech to work on my laptop again. he offered to come fix it himself, and that the keyboard was already in. When he came out, he didn't have the part. He was going to put an exterior keyboard on it. I could do that. He argued with my husband just as the tech had. He refused to leave when my husband told him to go. repeatedly he was told to just leave, he kept talking. He was thrown out basically and we never want to see them again. They have no clue what they are doing.
