They ended up taking 2 extra hours after they had already cut the new keys and got the truck to crank to tinker with my truck. They didn't inform me of the extra time and labor before performing the extra services. They then proceeded to try and charge me for the extra labor.

Had my oil changed, used synthetic oil for the first time. The change was quick, service was great and even got a rebate ,,

I purchased my 2011 Ford Fiesta new from Barkhouser Ford. The buying experience was great - we had a very friendly salesman, and got a very good price on the car. I am VERY happy with the car. The positive buying experience is the only reason I am giving a and quot;Band quot; as an overall rating......







I have not always been very happy with the service center. To start with, they are only open Monday thru Friday, which makes it impossible for me to bring my car in for an oil change, unless I take vacation time from work. Not very customer oriented there.







Second, they are very slow. I spend at least an hour waiting, just for a simple oil change.







You can't just show up, you have to have an appointment.







The last time I was in for an oil change, I also asked for a tire rotation. I waited the usual hour, and a technician came and got me when service was complete. She told me that the oil had been changed, but the tires not rotated, because and quot;they are just bad...really badand quot;, and looked at me and shrugged. Nothing more - no quote for new tires, no warning of how many more miles the tires possibly had, no additional information on what and quot;just bad....really badand quot; actually was, nothing.







I will only continue to have my car serviced at Barkhouser Ford until the warranty is up, at which time I will use Jiffy Lube.

I bought the car from this dealership. They have provided excellent service.
