Description of Work: I bought a living room set from the Kingsport, TN store was mislead on assistance with removing old furniture from my house to outside (I had a trailer waiting to take off the old furniture). I was told "yes, the guys with help you remove your old furniture - just ask them nicely". This was not true at all! We are older and disabled and this was an important issue for us. Also, the saleswoman flat out lied about scotch guarding on the furniture. She said "all of our furniture is scotch guarded". It is not and they don't even offer this. Also, our furniture (couch) was damaged on delivery and we had to have a man come to our house to replace the upholstery. He was very pleasant and did a good job. The rest of our experience with Ashley was awful.

 + -1 moreThe store experience was great, but the delivery folks were very rough with the furniture and scuffed a place on the couch. Could have been a better experience if not for that.
